Capabilities

Start with what needs to work better.

We do not begin with a software pitch. We begin with the customer, the team, and the result the business needs. Then we choose the process and tools that support it.

Evidence

Practical systems, already doing real work.

Client work shows the depth. Our own commerce, rental, and back-office systems show the range.

  • ~90missing order confirmations surfaced in the first review
  • 100+product pages rebuilt through one controlled workflow
  • 2rental marketplaces managed from one availability calendar
  • 3billing cadences handled in one private operations app

The method

Advice is useful. A working system is better.

BuiltWRKS can diagnose the issue, build the fix, and stay through training. You can use one stage or all four.

  1. 01

    Listen

Define what customers, the owner, and the team need to be different.

  2. 02

    Diagnose

Map the current workflow and rank the few problems worth solving first.

  3. 03

    Build

Redesign the process, configure the tools, and implement the workflow.

  4. 04

    Train

Document the system, teach the team, and adjust it around real use.

Direct accountability

You work with Harry.

BuiltWRKS is led by Harry Protopappas, an operator with 25 years of customer-facing experience across field service, instruction, project management, aviation, lending, rentals, e-commerce, and supply chain.

At LIFT Aircraft, Harry helped launch a pay-per-flight eVTOL experience, led on-site operations, and turned frontline learning into SOPs and operating manuals for future locations. The BuiltWRKS method comes from that pattern: understand the experience, make it repeatable, and train the people responsible for it.

Common questions

Before we talk.

What does an operations consultant do?

An operations consultant studies how work moves through the business, identifies the points causing delays or errors, and helps redesign the process. BuiltWRKS can also implement the system, document it, and train the team.

Do you only work with outdoor brands?

No. Outdoor and product businesses are a natural specialty, but the same operating problems appear in online stores, rental operations, service businesses, and other founder-led companies.

Can BuiltWRKS implement the recommendations?

Yes. An engagement can stop after the audit, continue as a fixed-scope implementation, or move into fractional operations support. The scope is agreed before work begins.

Does every project use AI?

No. AI is used only when it improves the workflow. Predictable tasks such as validation, monitoring, and data movement are usually better handled with deterministic code or the software you already own.
